The hotel offers beautiful city views from its rooms.
We faced unexpected charges for early check-in, which had not been disclosed prior. The room lacked functional storage, forcing us to put belongings on the floor during our stay. Additionally, we were disappointed to find that our room did not include the promised robes and slippers.

Had a great time with my friends! We lounged in spacious rooms and enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The location is perfect for exploring nearby sites, especially the central square and Sacred Valley. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with local tips and our travel plans.
Our room was really cold at night, but when we mentioned it at the front desk, they provided us with a heater, which helped.

Highly recommend for couples
I can't say enough about the amazing staff here! Juan was a lifesaver, really went out of his way to check in on us when I was feeling unwell and helped us book tours too, it felt like we were in good hands.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but for what we got, it was totally worth it.

We loved our stay at Hotel Boutique Gold Garden! Room 17 was incredibly spacious, essentially a huge apartment suite. The hotel is just minutes away from the main plaza, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, the staff was exceptionally attentive, offering packed lunches for our tour days, which was a nice touch.
It can be a bit noisy at times due to tours.
